The beauty that is Lily Cole. I'm still working out how to do hair!
By the by, Lily Cole looks like a doll. A really pretty doll.
Yes you see. Me and kayo were discussing.. and its a tad Surreal~~but yet realistic they just so work in unison. haha XD (geek i am) But loving the eyes
This is amazing work! Do you draw from references, memory, or what? There's no problem with the hair, that's as real as I've ever seen it I think my problem with drawing is that I never took the time to draw from anything except straight out of my head, so I never quite learnt how to make things look quite right

'Kill!' shouted Ford. He shouted it at his towel. The towel leapt up out of Harl's hands. This was not because it had any motive force of its own, but because Harl was so startled at the idea that it might. - Douglas Adams
When I first saw this, it looked like caricature. But now that I've looked up this Lily Cole person - apparently not! It's whimsical though, I really like it.
This is 'development'. I have yet to reach the stage where I'm like...Yeh..yeh that looks ok. Omg her eyes were the worst because of the hair!! Ahhh...Hopefully I'll have some time to start a new portrait that will end up infinitely better than this.
